im not good at all at scripting or any of that and well i need help

i have a sola power plant, sillicon mine , well and so on and so on all the factories to make free energy cells but i have 1 big problem..

how can i get my ships to get the rescorces from one of my factories to another for example

say i own a power plant and a wheat farm how can i get my transporter to get rescorces from my power plant to my wheat farm automaticaly withou me keep comanding them all the time its rather boring i want to make my transporters get all the goods that my factories need to the factories that need them so i am getting free energy and free rescorces without commanding them or even lifting a finger if any of you know how or if there is a mod or script already made for that please tell me i badly need help thanks
