- Adds a new default order "Training Exercise" that has your ships roam around a system and periodically gain xp.

- XP Gain chance occurs somewhere between every 3 and 10 minutes. XP Gain becomes less likely as the pilot gets more skilled.

- Subordinates also gain XP and only the leader needs the order.
-- If the leader is more skilled, it increases the odds that the subordinates gain XP

Cool, that seems like a good alternative to the Dfun Skill Increase I currently use, or maybe an addition even.
Also leightweight... will take a look.

There's some confusion..

This mod does not guarantee your pilots will become great.

This mod does not quickly level up your people.

It's possible with this mod that your crappy pilot will stay crappy.

If you're looking for an "I WANT IT NOW!!!" type of mod this isn't the one you want.

It works but the command exit after a fiew minutes.
I use it with 4.20 Beta.
