[3.10 ENG] Stuck on Split questline (Young gun start) (SPOILERS)

I'm at the point right after attaching the bombs to the cargo drones. The game just tells me to wait for the arrival to the Hall of Judgement but nothing happens and the slave trader just doesn't move.
