When stock of some goods running low, the station manager will change the AutoTrade list of subordinate trader to force them only buy that goods
But if the traders can't find place to buy, they will all stuck in searching for trade state and ignore all other requirements on the station, literally make everything borken

Also when manger change the order, he will ignore any goods and trade order currently exist on subordinates
They cancel all trade order with goods still onboard, so if station finally fix the shortage, they already miss the opportunity to sell the goods, all the available buy order could be closed and the goods will stuck in your cargo hold for a very long time
You will constantly find your subordinate trader with goods but nowhere to sell due to that reason

The easiest way to trigger the manager to make this havoc decision is by increasing the drone number on station
The manager see the lack of drone part and order every trader to abort current task and all buying drone part
