Factions ignore Xenon completely

Hello

I was really looking forward to the split vendetta but I'm really dissapointed how Factions ignore the xenon.
In image below you see how 2 K and one I is attacking a sector.
A destroyer with lots of fighters just passes by and does nothing.
Even the fighters that get shot at doesn't fight back.

In another sector 3 K is fighting a trade center for a full day.
Sector patrols passes by but does nothing.

I stop playing for now until something is done about that because from start of game its hard to keep up with the losing sectors to the xenon because factions ignore the attacks.
The xenon isn't to hard or to easy. only factions should at least protect their own stations and recognise the enemy.
I'm tired of fighting all battles alone.
