Is it possible to remove ship/UI shake on shooting TAU/Shard weapons?

As per title. Shooting a Tau accel shakes the ENTIRE UI and Ship and it makes me feel sick...thus they are unplayable for me.

Why is this even a thing? Are you telling me that a mounted weapon has so much force that the ship will half-break whenever I shoot it? No? Then please give me an option to turn that off so I can use them without throwing up IRL.

Turning off "head movement" (thank you for that setting) to 0 does not remove this.
