Teleporters
With the new resource requirements in place, I'd like to suggest an idea for new Research choices.

1st: Teleporting Crew. Two levels. The first, allow ships/stations to transfer crew within 10km of each other. Second level being within the same sector (much like our tier-1 Teleporter research)
2nd: Teleporting Cargo. Only usable between owned ships and stations, and only under Manual commands (Transfer cargo option). Single level, but allowed transport within 10km between each other.

I'd like to think that Crew resource requirements for 1 and 2 should be the same as requirements for personal teleporter 2 and 3, with Cargo requirements being comparable to tier-4. Something to work towards and allow a little QoL for crew transfering that wouldn't necessarily require that captured ships have to be flown to new stations in order to buy crew to captain it.

Adding Rooms:
Allow us to add new rooms to our HQ . Examples being like the Black Market, bars where we can find more of our crew on stations to congregate and, with the new 3.1 Beta patch, hopefully find the best crew from our own population to transfer to ships.
Down the road, the option to be able to Seta while in Stations. A special "Command/Control" room that's strictly a map that could allow Seta to function, whilst not rendering outside ships physically and maybe help with gameplay performance in Seta. The options of having new rooms in our HQ that could, potentially, provide or allow new game mechanics that would make the HQ substantially more important to empire management.
