Factory in 3 stations

Its station/factory time, idea is HQ like building material station (clytronich and hull parts), 2nd station hi-tech, 3th station ship-tech.
2 dilema:
refine/mining just on HQ sation or on HQ and 2nd station?
maybe only 2 station, building material + refine/mining station and hi-tech + ship-tech station?

Last time when i play was V2.5, 3x full sation tooks too long and at end was total owerkill.

Eny suggestions?
