Mining Ship Behavior

Post by Slashman »

OK so I was on my first mining ship a Plutus Mineral Vanguard. After I told the captain to mine Silicon. I then told him to go to another system to sell it.

The weird thing is that he docked first at a local station. Is there a reason for this or is it because of his low pilot skills? I was on the ship at the time if that makes a difference.

At the completion of mining, did the ship go to any default behaviour of 'dock and wait' before you gave the sell order?

Ahhh I suspect that is it. I didn't change the default behavior at all. So if it is defaulting to that then that explains it. I did not clear orders on the ship.
