Rep locked with Split start?

i have locked reputation with zya forever?

No. Your rep can go up/down.

as long as your rep stays above -25 your Civilian ships wont be shot at by Zyarth or other negative factions, you can put pulses on a Courier or other reasonably fast small Civilian craft and farm criminal station traffic to farm rep, above -20 they stop aggro on Military craft and they normalise above -10 and let you dock and trade and get normal missions

I have seen one or two ZYA missions while in negative reps, i think they fall under an espionage catagory.
