Freezes on random stations

Anybody else getting weird freezes when you get out of your ship after docking and try to walk on the station after leaving the elevator /lift? I can still open map or teleport back to my ship but it won't let me walk, I changed my sound settings to recommended 44.1Khz, thought I had fixed it but it is still happening. very annoying when you are going to meet important NPCs etc ,happened on my built stations as well, rest of game apart from minor bugs seems fine , so just this weird freeze issue.

It's not a commonly-reported problem. Is your game modified at all? Can you provide any of the other details requested at the top of the forum?

Think I fixed it, changed from borderless Windows to fullscreen mode, all good so far, only started to happen since Split DLC was installed, btw I did notice now X4 does not exit when you choose "exit to desktop" or "exit game" in any mode ie borderless or fullscreen etc, just pauses and stays that way forever, have to go to task manager to end task of X4, this also happened since Split DLC was installed, not a big issue, btw I've Steam Cloud save disabled .

Minor problem I can live with for now, would be curious if anybody else has the exit to desktop issue.
