[3.00 HF1 (393143)] Joystick Deadzone Not Respected

I have multiple joysticks.

Once when I set the Joystick Deadzone to 10%, the deadzone was briefly respected. Then a few minutes later the deadzone was no longer respected (deadzone 0%) even though it still said 10% in the Options menu. After this point, changing deadzone no longer had any effect.

This is especially a problem on my foot pedals that I use for forward/backward thrust. The pedals don't sit perfectly at 0 due to the spring being a little stiff, so when my feet are not on the pedals I'm always moving forward at a speed of 20-28

I was able to recalibrate the pedals and set a deadzone in their firmware so maybe this doesn't matter
