No Blackmarket??
Is anyone else finding with the 3.0 split update that they can no longer find the sparkles for black market traders? I have been looking for 2 hours and not found one. And yes I have found a lot in the past before the update.

I have not had a problem. Maybe took a while, mostly people wanting to leave the station but eventually got a black market mission.
I use the tutorial to find the sprinklers as normal.

Did you do the scientist start? There is a confirmed bug preventing you from getting this type of signal and I think that it was in this start (please search the topics yourself).
