"Deliver Diplomatic Escort" issue

I built the fleet and delivered them to the location but the mission progress only counts 20 ships. Is there a way to check what the issue is? Range problem? Setup problem?

AFAICT I built the right amount of ships with the right setup (it says I’m missing 14 ships but there is no such combination of ship groups in the fleet, so I’m assuming it’s a range issue).

Edit: Ok I think it’s because some ships are docked. Now I need to find a way to undock them ...

I confirm docked ships don’t count. I’m not sure if it’s working as intended but at least I solved that particular issue.

I am also having this issue as it only counts 20 ships yet all are there and none are docked
