I've seen some weird looking NPCs running around this game, but haven't come across one that needs help quite so badly as this does. Is this a new model perhaps? I don't really look at them closely enough to be sure.

Ouch. Just to let you know, we are aware of this and have a surgeon working on it.
Do you have a savegame that demonstrates this, though, as the surgeon could do with a good example patient?
