teleport research problem - Explained.

Teleport research now requires resources.
Selected option 1, requires e cells and advanced electronics. Purchased these, but cannot give to boron.
There is no mission or stock request at PHQ.

Did you build container storage at the HQ? It's 0/0 by default.

especially since our previous pass through the minumum requirement for the HQ to operate was a dock.

Boso needs further work anyway, seeing how he's not even acknowledging when player is a Split and just trashes "those Split fellows" like he always did. Weird they haven't adjusted him for that.
As for resources, he did always say that there were "certain requirements", but seeing as before 3.0 there weren't any besides time, and him being a rather explicit and wordy individual, I would say a mention of the need for storage is in order.

To be fair to Boso (I can't believe I just said that!), there are several Split factions now and so you can assume that the Split who mistreated him and that he ran away from were of a criminal or uncaring element and really earned his dislike. He might not have known the Split politics or name of the particular faction at the time.

That's rather far-fetched seeing as he's practically omniscient, was able to monitor and explore outside world while being incarcerated, concoct and execute his own escape (no, he didn't really need you for that, he just uses you by mere chance), and somehow there are a lot of people around who owe him favors.
He's also a manipulative liar. He insists you pick up that interface unit that he'd supposedly use to monitor your condition. Well he doesn't. You can sell the unit and he still gets your pulse and all. ;)

One of those yellow info pop-ups would be nice at least.

Build storage module, buy trade ship, buy wares then choose the transfer ware option from the right click menu is probably way above beginner knowledge.

Not to mention you will need to build more storage than just the one S you get, now you need to know where to get blueprints etc.

I just remembered that I built a pier first when I first did the boron quest cause the build menu said it's required while it is of course not for the quest itself. And the basic pier is like 10 times more expensive than a single dock, so guess how I felt, when this was before people even discovered crystal mining.

If that were true, that plot shouldn't happen if player is Split, no? ;) "A moment please... Oh, hello... ah, sorry, wrong number, don't need what you're selling, kthxbye!"
