Just buyed a Dragon Raider need help about the loadout

Hi guys!
I just buyed a Dragon Raider ( free families split start ) and i don't remember nothing about weapons. Also I read weapons changed a lot in 3.00 and I have no idea which are the changes.

So I'm completely lost

I can mount 2 M turrets, I guess to take out fighters.

And I can equip 6 frontal weapons. A LOT. I'm not even sure if I should use 6 weapons to fight bigger ships or some for fighters and some for corvette/frigate. And of course I don't know which weapons are good against which ships.

I would suggest the tau accelerators on all slots from my brief experience!

I prefer the thermal whatsit guns. Pierces shields a little and does a bit of DoT.
