[Question] Giant questions marks showing up in the map after setting faction relation to 1

I have an issue with a mod I am working on. It is a custom game start. How ever when I change the argon faction relation to any where near max all argon ships have a giant question mark that follows them. It does not happen with a value of 0.75 in game start md. but with a value of 1, the question marks show up and don''t go away until I lower it again. How would you fix this?

Are you playing the current beta version? If so, it's most-likely a bug related to a mission icon. (See this thread for reference.)

Turn off show orders in the filters. You see orders for all ai ships with relation high enough.
