X2: Online Beta?

Hi, just wondering how/if people can register to get onto the online beta of X2. I followed the link from online-universe.net and it just let me register here, sorry if this has been asked before - I would have thought there were stickies for this.

X2 online is not even close to being in a beta stage considering that they have yet to release the stand-alonr version.

If you are interest then the best place to register would be on the Dev-net at level 5. You should be able to access level 3 of it, from your standard account.

Yeah, X Online could be years from being finished. The offline game X2 - The Threat is expected to be the last of the X series before X Online, and is currently in beta.

IIRC the devnet can normally be found here. Right now it's down, but is expected back on the 7th.
