Hey all,
So, after a valiant defence of Hatikvah's Choice I by my forces - barely aided by the locals *sigh* - the main Xenon fleet is gone and I'm just fighting off the regular incursions, though no capital ships for a while now.
Anyway, dotted around the sector I see lots of Build Storage, much of it looking fairly full, but no associated stations - even wrecks - at all. What's going to happen to all of these, naturally? Sure, I could shoot and loot - not a terrible idea - but I was wondering if the game will, eventually, tidy these up as I've seen no evidence of this for quite some time now.
Are the builds that these were once assigned to totally aborted now, or can I expect to see an influx of Construction vessels....eventually?
Cheers,
Scoob.
What happens to "dead" build site's storage?

Thanks. I'll keep an eye on them, they've been around for quite a while so far!

Be aware that keeping an eye on them too closely might prevent them from despawning.

Now we got some quantum physics there.

You mean they'll likely not despawn while I'm in the sector in person? I've sorta been popping in and out of that sector for some time now, but I've not been there permanently. Is there some sort of "time away" threshold before the clean-up is triggered?

I believe so, yes. I'm not sure what it is though.
