[2.60 Hotfix 2 GOG] Game has glitched to unplayability

Shortly after giving order to modify existing station, game has glitched to the maximum. All the menus are unusable, and map looks like acid trip. Screeshots, save and video below:

Start by running a file verification using the Steam client.

I have already tried verifying files through gog client, but it did not help. Restarting didn`t either. I am not using any mods etc. . Here is my DXDiag and Vulcaninfo:

I've loaded up your savegame, and from what I'm seeing, the weird holes in things appear to be because you're standing on the platform of a dock area that's in the process of being recycled. I'm not sure how you got into that situation, and I can't find a way out of it as you can't get back to a ship to escape while it's in that state. I waited around a bit longer and eventually the dock area was fully dismantled and the game crashed, trying to deal with this rather unexpected situation. Clearly this isn't ideal, and can be looked into, but I'm more interested in how you got into this situation in the first place! Anything more you can tell us in terms of what you were doing up to the point where you landed there would be much appreciated, as would a savegame from slightly earlier on in your game, ideally shortly before you got into that situation.

Regarding the other issues that you mentioned and that were shown in your pictures and videos, however, these didn't happen when I loaded up your savegame at all. The UI, the menus and the map were all working fine right up until the crash. That suggests to me that they are an unrelated issue that might be specific to your PC, which tends to be supported by the earlier evidence you provided, since they look like typical effects of game installation or graphics memory corruption rather than anything the game is doing itself.

Here is how I got in that situation:
1) I teleported myself to PHQ (I didn`t arrive via ship)
2) I gave an order to replace the dock, while standing on that dock (I thought I would have time to evacuate before builder arrives)
3) As soon as I clicked to confirm the changes, the glitches started

Actually, you telling me that the problems were caused by standing on the recycled dock, gave me an idea how to circumvent the issue, and it worked! I simply teleported myself to one of my ships, and the glitches instantly stopped.
