Will faction representatives respawn if they die?

Will faction representatives respawn if they die?

The TEL faction rep is dead in my game and when I ask teladi where there rep is, they send me to the ANT rep instead. If I help the teladi rebuild, will the representative come back?

Yes, in both my games (2.5 and 2.6) TEL have respawned their representative in trading station in Grand Exchange III after their Trading Center in Ianamus Zura IV was destroyed. This wasn't instantaneous, however, so you might need to wait.
