X4 2.60 English

I just installed version 2.60 of X4. I downloaded it from Repack-Games.com. I don't know if that was a mistake or not, I did not know how else to download it. I have a stand alone version of 2.5 so I wanted to update it. I did not know if I could download from Steam 2.60 to work with my stand alone version of 2.50.
Anyway after I finally got it somehow installed, when I run it, it's all in Russian, not English. I did not see a separate download for English on the website. So now, how do I get an English download of 2.60? appreciate any links or advice.

or did you just ask where to pirate the game on the official forum???

buy the game on steam or gog and you will always have the latest version

There's no stand-alone version of X4, it can either be bought on Steam or GOG, and both of the services provide the updates for their respective version for free. Repack games obviously only provides cracked versions of the games. I don't know, why you thought it would be acceptable to ask for support for obviously illegally acquired versions of a game in the forum of its developer, but this doesn't matter now anymore.

Any discussion of illegal activities, links to pirated software, or sites with content that is not in line with the law of the host country AND the posting country will not be tolerated. This is not limited to the X series games.
