Transfer wares out of build storage

In 3.0 Beta 5 I am trying to dismantle a station, but cannot transfer building materials from build storage to transport ships. The station information shows that there are some 111.000m3 worth of wares in the build storage, but when I try to assign a "Transfer wares with Build Storage" order to a ship, build storage shows up as empty (0 of 2,000,000,000m3) and no wares are being displayed. Interestingly, everything works fine with other stations. Does anybody know what specific features a station needs for me to be able to transfer wares out of its build storage?

Maybe try a smaller size ship? Cargo drones? I don't think you need docking facilities but I am not sure?

Why so much stuff in the build storage? What does going into plan build show for wares?

I have tried L and M transports. The wares are what was yielded from dismantling the station - so they are Claytronics, Energy Cells, Hull Parts and Superfluid Coolant (don't know why the last is there, to be honest, but it's just a few hundred units).
