I'm cross referencing this bug post from old, as it's what I'm experiencing. Since my Twitch Clip is deleted for some reason, I went ahead and uploaded it on YouTube as an unlisted video. I am running vanilla v2.60.

I spent 20 minutes in planning interface of my super complex. During planning, the manager coms me saying order complete, I know his voice so I was sure it was him.
After I came out of planning interface, his face is stuck on top of my map. It'll even do it if you leave the game running for hours.
Like, I can open my map just fine. Though the mini-map, to get that back, I have to save and reload
