Collector's edition on steam

What's up with the price on steam?!? You have one that's on sale for $23, and another for $55, same collector's edition?!? Am I missing something?????

The cheaper one is just the upgrade for people who already own the base X4 game, and the more expensive bundle is the base X4 game plus the upgrade. The upgrade in each case includes the two future DLCs of which the first is the upcoming Split Vendetta.

I think they will support X4 for quite some time, until it's no longer just "foundations".

Are we able to upgrade to collectors edition from normal edition? and do we get all the DLC with it?.... Fine I'll upgrade.
