Gift for venture ship

In my game i meet alien venture ship, cerberus. I dock to him my S ship and leave. Curious, what will do with my docket ship? Will my ship return with cerberus like gift, or what will happen?

I shall return the maggots by way of guided missile, so you can see them hatch.

One of the following will happen...

• The venture ship never leaves due to always being in radar range of the player. The docked ship stays docked at it forever.
• The venture ship is removed as part of the venture system, destroying the docked ship in the process.
• The venture ship is destroyed by combat, destroying the docked ship as well.

Venture ships currently return in exactly the state that one sent them. There used to be a bug that could cause the venture ship to be destroyed upon return, but that is hopefully fixed by now.
