Logbook War Updates

Hello all!

I'd like to ask whether there is any log regarding the War Updates. Occasionally, I get a message in the bottom left corner regarding the war (i.e. "Xenon attacking xy in sector z"). However, these popups disappear rather fast and I'd like to review them on times.
However, they are logged neither in the proper logbook nor in the "Timeline" section. Can someone point me in the right direction where these events are logged?

In 2.60 there's no way to access that information in vanilla game. 3.0 will add a "News" category to the logbook. Although so far it's purely textual with no way to focus on message subject.

Thx for the quick reply. Ok then, I'll have to wait for the next patch. At least it is something to look through then ^^
