having a problem with faction quests

So ARG gave me this quest list:
supply this
supply that
etc

now there is one mission where i have to supply Argon Prime with Ore
i brought it my M drill miner and for every full-ship i get only 1% progression (currently @ 32%)
also there is only 1 station in Argon Prime that can buy Ore

Also there is a mission to supply food to a specific sector
but there are no station in that sector that buy food....
