[Mod Tool] Debug For All

We made a menu using https://github.com/bvbohnen/x4-simple-menu-api to help with various modding things. We are releasing it before it goes the way of all internal things.
If you would like to maintain this / expand on / fix what you don't like, make a pull request.

SIMPLE MENU API IS UNSTABLE.

main menu

player position in sector with warp along the orientation of the ship
Image
warp to any sector
Image
create any ship(takes awhile to load)
Image
add all inventory items
Image
add relation and licenses
Image
display galaxy state
Image
create object (only works on things that can be created by create_object)
Image
add money
add all research
add all blueprints(untested)

Thanks, we added a few more things. Most of it is dynamic too.
