R290 Graphics Card?

Does anyone know if the Radeon R290 4gb graphics card can play X4 successfully?

Does it support the Vulkan code?

If you mean the AMD Radeon R9 290 then yes that 2013 card will run the game although the graphics will never be like that of current top range cards. Please use the latest WHQL AMD driver for it to get the optimised performance from the card and Vulkan.
