[Suggestion] Additional items to go in weapon slots

I was thinking that it would be nice if instead of fitting weapons in all the weapon slots, that we could instead fit them with some modules that perform cool functions. Here are some ideas:

1. Sensors. An S sized sensor could go in a slot, which would increase sensor range of the ship to that of an advanced satellite. I would much rather have a sensor like that in scout ships, than have a weapon, since these ships only have 1 weapon slot and aren't useful for combat really anyways. M or L sized sensors could go in M or L sized weapon slots, for even greater sensor range. Sensor power is not increased by adding more sensors of the same type (ie no greater sensor radius with 4 S sensors compared to 1).
2. Stealth module. Creates a stealth field around the ship, halving or more the range at which sensors detect the ships.
3. Interdiction module. Only available in L sized weapon slots. Prevents activation of enemy travel drives within a certain radius.
4. Other ideas?

Really like this idea

Here are another few ideas.

Turret replacement to increase strafe and it pitch or yaw.

Turret replacement to increase mounted weapon cooling.

I had mentioned something similiar, although it was for a generic equipment module.

Why not be able to add extra shields reservoirs? Shield recharging capacitors? Extra boost fuel? More cargo space? A jump drive? (oops, did I say that out loud?)
