There is likely to be a beta for an intermediate version containing some more fixes, before we get to "the big one" for 3.0.

Given current Egosoft progress, you shouldn't expect 3.0 beta for at least month or two.
As CBJ mentioned above there will be also new patch before 3.0.

and 3.0 in beta should be another month
Fixed ships getting spawned away from ship configuration menu at resupply ships from automatically getting deployables.
