After having taken over a few systems my rep with the Ministry and Telardi is -20

Is there any way back from that, as I don't think that I can trade with them or even dock at there stations.

I have just teleported to a Teladi station to buy some blueprints, I now don't have a license to buy anything. I was going to make them some food to make them happy.

I also notice that all of my systems are now contested they have built defence stations over night.

They are a bit to big to wipe out so that is out of the question.
