yeah i playd whit my old card i just had alot of FPs Drops so i kinda gave up for the time beging, so the L Ship Distroyer is the bigest Fighting Ship for Paranid?

As of right now, only the Xenon have an XL-class destroyer [Battleship]. And yeah, the biggest combat-oriented ships the common races have are the L-class Destroyers. XL-sized Carriers can deal decent damage too, though.

And resupply and repair L and XL ships...

If all one wants to do is resupply and repair S and M ships then use a much better armed and tougher carrier.

The way they provide services is also slightly different. resupply ships will repair and resupply all ships of the fleet they are assigned to supply. Carriers will only repair and resupply all ships assigned as defence subordinates to them.

The Odysseus L Destroyer is currently the most powerful purely damage orientated single ship in the game.

Technically the Zeus XL Carrier is the Paranid's biggest fighting ship. It has considerably worse turret density and no main guns compared with the Odysseus L Destroyer however it is a carrier allowing it to resupply and repair subordinate S and M ships on top of hosting a reasonable number of its own turrets.

They actually have 2. The K is considered an XL destroyer/battleship. The I is pretty much a destroyer/battleship in a class of its own (XXL) but limited to XL for game mechanic reasons.

Data files identify the K as an XL Destroyer and the I as an XL Carrier. However the I supports no Carrier features and just has a ludicrous number of turrets.
