Intro speech very hard to hear

Decided to start a new game, since with my other save I've become a billionaire and it's a bit boring.

Anyways, one problem has been present since the game was launched, and it should be an easy fix, IMO. The speech when choosing a game start can barely be heard behind the music. Sure, turn the music volume all the way down, you say. Should that really be the answer? Or should the devs simply crank up the speech for the intro so we can hear and understand what is being said?

This is with the English version of the game BTW, have no idea if this issue is present for other languages.
