Auto Pricing Logical Overview 2.5

Having Just Restarted after yet another release patch broke my long time game for the second time I have just built my first new mini plex.

Under Logical view my gas requirements are set for auto pricing and both Helium and Hydrogen have full stocks yet the auto pricing is still set to between 90 -95 percent full price ,I am wondering if anyone else with a new game start or a new complex built after 2.5 has a similar experiance?
