Where does my cargo go

I sent my Hermes Sentinel to pick up 2 Hull parts and 13 Scanning Arrays from my own station, They show as collected in my cargo but when I try to transfer them to my Nomad they are missing.

In Nomad I have 0/2 Hull parts and 0/13 Scanning Arrays, so they are required. This has been driving me mad for days now

Any ideas?

So try exactly what you did and it worked for me. Here what I did I first I ordered the ships to dock (You can use your station but it needs to be able to dock xl ships) Then I ordered a ware transfer after that the wares should transfer properly.
