BUG (AKA ships not upgrading at shipyards)

Currently in 2.5 Beta. Ships won't upgrade at shipyards for some reason. When ordered to upgrade, they just sit and wait. What gives?

Without more information, that's going to be very hard to answer. A savegame showing the problem would give some chance for someone to help you.

The very first thread in this forum explains what information is required, and suggests where you can upload files in order to link them in your post.

Check if there is a warning saying that there are not enough resources when upgrading, I had this similar situation and it was due to missing components for flares in the equipment dock.
