workforce variable changes

Does anyone know which files I would need to edit to change some of the variables regarding workforce? I want to make workforce more of a necessary aspect to stations. For example, instead of 100% production efficiency with no workforce and 125% efficiency with a full workforce, I would rather it change to be 0% production efficiency with no workforce, going up to 100% production efficiency with full workforce. 50% workforce supplied would mean 50% production efficiency. This way, workers are not just nice to have, they are required for stations to function at all.

Other variables I would want to change are:
- Decreased blueprint costs for habitation modules (maybe 10 fold less expensive than currently)
- Increased rate at which workers join the station, instead of maybe 30 per half hour, you could get ~500 joining the station within an hour.
- Maybe not so easy to implement as a variable change, but hourly wages to be paid to workforce

Parameters.xml
You would have to write an md script for wages and 0% efficiency
