[2.21] travel drive sound on the Capships

While small ships like fighters have nice charge-up sound for travel drive, the capships don't.
In addition very long charge up time for capships really make confusing if capship is charging up the drive or some stray bullet canceled.

Please make charging up sequence more obvious - either by louder charge-up sound sequence, or maybe betty speaking "Travel drive charging, 10%, 30%, 90%, Travel drive engaged".
