Steering controls changing based on thruster type - WAI
Is it intentional that the steering controls change whether you are using Combat thrusters or not? When I use combat thrusters, the joystick x-axis adjusts the rudders, while in any other mode the x-axis adjusts the ailerons. This is annoying as I have to relearn how to fly everytime I space walk or switch to a ship without combat thrusters.

It's intentional, but if you don't like it then you can turn it off. Go into the Controls part of the game's Settings and turn off Adaptive Steering for your preferred control system.

Awesome, thanks! That helps a lot. Whenever I switched to spacewalking and back to steal blueprints, it would take me a minute to adjust. Same with boarding ships that didn't have combat thrusters.
