Things I'd like to be added to X4

So, after a few new games with around 20 hours each (I know it's not that much in X scale) I noticed some (small) things I'd like to be added to X4

1. TP ships and related missions.
Thanks to the real npcs in the game now and the ship interior, TP ships (Yachts but also ships like Argon Express) and related cruise missions would make very much sense. I imagine those ships to have a bar for example, 1st class cabine, 2nd class cabine, etc.

2. diverse Assassination missions
I think I one (1!) single mission that told me to destroy an enemy ship that wasn't a dummy. And that was part of the Argon vs. Xenon mission line. I don't count the "hurr durr, he stole the wedding ring, get it back quests. What'd be nice would be the X3 type of kill missions that would spawn the target together with a few escort ships. And as the game progresses, that target becomes more dangerous (while it might be a discoverer at the start it could be a Corvetter after 20 missions)

3. better weapon effects
I don't know what exactly happened with the effects in this game and I don't know why it happened, but they look very, very boring to me. I wanted to not compare the game to X3 too much, but when did huge balls of singularity become white space invaders shots? I don't even expect anything artistically beautiful, but some extra color would be nice (And I know there's a mod for that, but why isn't it a thing in the game already when it's otherwise very beautiful?)

I'm sure I forgot a lot of things I've noticed while playing already, but those are some small changes/additions that I don't think would require much work (except bulletpoint 1 maybe) but would add a lot to the game.

Imo there's no need for "TP" class ships as long as workforce is handled the way it is currently.

However, if workforce was actually a produced ware by planets/installations and there were workforce fluctuations, now that would be a different story.

If TP ships could be used to quickly and easily shuttle a large amount of workforce to stations, rather than wait for them to arrive slowly by themselves. that would be quite useful, especially for large megacomplexes.

trade stations could be hubs with large amount of people that TP transport to stations
Fixed ships getting spawned away from ship configuration menu at resupply ships from automatically getting deployables.
