Digital Seminars - will they ever work?

This question is obviously directed for the devs.

I have been gathering these currently useless inventory items like crazy in hopes of them starting to work and I can finally level my beloved employees. I even disregard the presence of an entire Xenon fleet if I see a seminar container. Please make it work?

I'd imagine they are on the agenda somewhere
Would be kind of pointless to put them in the game if they weren't



So when they do
The 'Seeking xyz Personnel' missions will be possible to complete
Not sure about how competitive the rewards will be though.
