1. Load this save
2. Follow guidance
3. About 40km away from destination, an Osprey Vanguard will appear on the radar. Deviate towards that ship (do not activate next mission stage).
4. Fly to within 1km away from the Osprey and come to full stop.
5. Stand up (I was using the keyboard shortcut throughout repeated tries, in case that's relevant).
6. You will be teleported to Grand Exchange.
From the save you'll see the gamestart used was the Teladi one, and the plot was started in Hewa's Twin.

I not have any teleporting bug with your saved game, but I noticed that the save is tagged as modified, so Is possible that the the source of the problem is in one of the mods that you are using.

Not using any mods, modified status comes from Linux version which I'm playing (it doesn't sign saves yet).

I have issues like this where my docked ships would somehow fly WAAYYY of the grid into areas of the game there are no sectors and take upwards of 4 hours to fly back.

Thanks for the detailed repro case, this bug pretty much only happens during that one part of the HQ plot so I'd probably not have found it otherwise! The fix will be in an upcoming patch.
