I ordered a travel drive at the Argon Wharf. It says it required energy cells and engine parts. I check the wharf storage and it has 1000s of each. However, I am getting the there is a scheduled upgrade for this ship message. What is it waiting for? Where can I see how long the wait is going to be? I took a shower and came back and it is still sitting there. What to do?

Also, it appears that if you undock, you lose the money you spent. Is that correct?
Edit:
I let it sit for hours, and still nothing... Bug?

Re: There is a scheduled upgrade for this ship
ive had this a couple of times -
check the order queue for the ship you're wanting to upgrade make sure there isnt a "dock and wait" order thats ahead of the upgrade order. if there is then cancel the dock and wait order from the queue. I'd noticed the weird order queue and when i cleared it down the ship upgraded in the usual 1min time.

It's been 8 hours. I am in queue position 1, there is 1 queued (me I assume) and there is no construction queued... Time is still reading 0:00 and it is doing nothing.

If you are in your ship go to the ship information screen by pressing " Enter " then in the behaviour tab check the ship order queue as Johnnyx said above make sure there is nothing above the sheduled upgrade..if there is click the X next to the order

the other thing to try is open the map Right Click on your ship and select Remove all Orders then try upgrading again..

Fixed. Thank you sir! I bet this comes up a lot!
I'd still call it a bug that they need to fix. If there is a reason for it to occur, it sure isn't intuitive.

something changed in 2.2 and it happened too me to... been playing since 1.5 and it never occured previously the upgrade issue that is after a while you will find you need to shed collected missiles.but that order queue can occur when taking over one of your ships..you go to sell something to find your ride flying off to its previous dock and wait command...remove all orders becomes of regular use

Re: Bug - There is a scheduled upgrade for this ship
There are cases where an Equip order can end up behind another order, essentially blocking it. We will look into those cases (some of them are valid) but we will also look at improving the displayed message so the player at least has an idea of what is going on and how address it.

Also keep in mind that there was no reason for the dock and wait order to appear in the queue at all. The ship was already docked when I ordered the upgrades. That's what makes it especially unexpected.
