[2.20] Shipyards/wharf ship templates do not remember crew amount

I created custom loadout template for some ships and I notice that the templates remember all things that I set-up (e.g. weapons, amount of missiles, amount of consumable) except the crew amount.

Correct and intended. That is because crew members have to be hired and are not 'manufactured'.

Does it make any sence? I Can manually define the ship to have 10 crew then select 10x such ships at purchase, but I can't save this to build template?

This is completely nonsense and absolute annoying. I have always to use the sliders for the crew. And if anyone thinks I hire all the crew for all my ships on the landing platform, he/she would be completely crazy. I only do this for special ships. But all other ships have standard crew layout. A CEO of a big company does not hire ship crew personally.

This really needs to be changed. Since it is not even close to logical and a unnecessary time killer like mass crew transfer.

This is, indeed, nonsensical, and a counter-intuitive inconsistent design. Either the crew complement needs to be moved out of the equipment loadout and into a separate billing category on the order, or it needs to be remembered. The same UI should perform the same function. This is something that is routinely disregarded by the game.

I think crew in general needs an improvement. Currently there is no incentive not to max crew out at ones own warf/shipyard as crew is completely free.
