Trading with enemy factions: full trading or limited?

Lets say your reputation happens to be positive for an enemy faction. Can you do normal trading with them or is the trading economy somewhat limited compared to all other factions?

Based on what I have seen since then, I noticed the Xenon shipyards have only 3 trades: buying energy cells + ore and selling ships. That makes it look as if they are creating all the hall plates, claytronics, smartchips and so on all from that single ore; nothing else. I even saw a Xenon solar station that was filled up and selling at 10 credits or so. Guess they don't have many buyers.

I do not know about the other ennemy factions. Is it a full economy or just partial like the Xenon....
