[bug] 2.20 Station running out of food make it impossible to set price and buy switch

If your station runs out of food (because you have set it to not buy because your stupid manager ordered all of your freighters to get food, and you end up with 20K with a hourly consumption of 300 and full freighters)
[and the switch is set to "not trade with other factions"?]
then in the overview the bar for food near medical supllies disappears

If you put back food the bar comes back and you can use the options again.

Aye happens with a new build too if you dont have any "stock"...took ages to work out why no buy offers etc etc
