Station Mission - SCA take over incorrect

Receiving a station building mission, once complete the factory is handed over to the contractor.
Building a Station for SCA, that has added an Equipment dock and an Administrative Center, the station handover ends in an inconsistent state:

- when targeted, owner shows as "Scale Plate Pact", everything in the station states "Scale Plate Pact" too.
- when viewing the information however, owner is listed as ??? (and sector is not claimed for SCA)

Probably partly works as designed to most extend, but I'd expect the information shown to be consistent.
